Data Entry Clerk
Position Summary
Assist customers with orders, cancellations, general questions and complaints via phone, email and social media
Principal Duties/Responsibilities
- Answer phones
- Input orders
- Audit web/online orders
- Maintain dealer relationships
Qualifications/Requirements
High School diploma or general education degree (GED) required 2 years of data entry experience or related office experience Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Ability to enter data into a computer quickly and accurately Comfortable with office equipment including a computer, telephone, scanner, calculator, and photocopierSkills/Qualities
- Strong data entry and documentation
- Very good verbal and written communication
- Able to perform basic mathematical calculations
- Capable of de-escalating upset/dissatisfied customers
